CEI is a Microsoft Office Specialist testing site.  Our Mission statement is to provide a quality product/service that exceeds the expectations of our students, no exceptions.  We teach a range of classes that start with the very basic computer user and extends to the very advanced student.  Our own student references are CEI’s foundation for growth.  We are very proud of the “CEI learning experience” with a 98% pass rate on certification classes!

At CEI, each student learns using their own state of the art computer with no more than 12 students in a class.  Our well experienced/certified trainers “lead” the students through the classes without the use of in class manuals.  We use the manual as a post-training tool, not as a training substitute!

For many of our classes we also provide students with our exclusive “cheat sheets”.  These are CEI trainer developed reference guides that outline the tricks and tools learned during the class.  All of CEI classes are 100% guaranteed and, as usual at CEI, all of our students receive post-training telephone support at no charge . . . forever.

Our trainers will also learn your own in-house software and develop a course to train your employees.  If you have a training need, we can fulfill it!
